You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or promotes violence
• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence
• Promotes illegal activities or self-harm
• Contains spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Impersonates another person or entity

4.3 GLAMOROUS Intellectual Property

The GLAMOROUS name, logo, design, and all associated trademarks are owned by GLAMOROUS. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

5. Creator Program and Earnings

5.1 Earning Opportunities

GLAMOROUS offers creators the opportunity to earn money through content creation, engagement, and brand partnerships. Earnings are calculated based on:

• Video views and engagement metrics
• Brand sponsorship and partnerships
• Audition and casting opportunities
• Virtual gifts and fan support

5.2 Payment Terms

Earnings are paid out according to our payment schedule, typically monthly. To receive payments, you must provide valid payment information (bank account, UPI ID, or payment wallet). GLAMOROUS reserves the right to withhold payments in case of policy violations or fraudulent activity.

5.3 Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your earnings. GLAMOROUS may be required to withhold taxes as per applicable laws.

6. Community Guidelines

We are building a positive, inclusive community. You agree to:

• Treat other users with respect and kindness
• Not harass, bully, or intimidate others
• Not post misleading or false information
• Not engage in spam or deceptive practices
• Not attempt to manipulate engagement metrics
• Not use the platform for illegal activities

Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban from the Platform.

7. Auditions and Casting Opportunities

GLAMOROUS connects creators with audition and casting opportunities. By participating in these opportunities:

• You acknowledge that GLAMOROUS facilitates connections but is not responsible for the outcome of any audition
• You agree to provide accurate information about your skills and availability
• You understand that casting decisions are made by third-party partners
• GLAMOROUS does not guarantee selection for any opportunity

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use bots, automation, or artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's servers or networks
• Collect user information without consent
• Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
• Sell, transfer, or license your account to others

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for:

• Violation of these Terms or Community Guidelines
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended inactivity
• At your request (account deletion)

Upon termination, your content may be removed, and unpaid earnings may be forfeited if termination was due to policy violations.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

GLAMOROUS is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLAMOROUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you earned on the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GLAMOROUS harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App, website, or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law
